Diplomas are automatically issued to graduates approximately two months after the end of the term where the student graduated. Diplomas are not issued at commencement ceremonies. Students who participate in a commencement ceremony will receive a diploma case and congratulatory letter from the University President.
Diplomas are mailed to student permanent mailing addresses on file with the Office of the Registrar. If you experienced an issue with the delivery of your original diploma, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
Official transcripts also verify the completion of a degree and may be ordered by graduates as soon as a student鈥檚 degree has been posted to their transcript in Web91精品.
Diploma Replacement or Duplicate
A paper diploma replacement or duplicate may be purchased through our partner Paradigm/CeCredential Trust. Replacement or duplicate diplomas are printed with the original degree and graduation date and are signed by current university officials. Once a request is approved, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Digital Diplomas
Graduates in Summer 2023 and later will also receive a complimentary certified electronic diploma (CeDiploma). Approximately two months after the end of the term where a student graduated, a CeDiploma download link will be sent to 91精品 e-mail accounts of graduates. Digital diplomas are not available for graduates prior to Summer 2023.
